Ping keeps changing from low to high??!?

So i got a new a computer and it works perfectly great with project reality on high settings. However i had to find space to put it so i had to move my routers, modems, and etc upstairs.
When i play in my clans server my ping keeps changing from low to high like 69 then 179 then randomly 2500 (lol).
I used speedtest.net and my ms keeps changing from 15, 20, 25, and 30. does anyone know why this is happening? is it because i moved all my routers and stuff upstairs?

also this is happening to me on every server even co-ops.
my ping is around below 90 and it jumps up to 500.

Make sure you and no one else in the network is performing heavy downloading (torrents etc.).
If you are using a wireless connection this connectivity might be impaired to a weak signal and interferences.
