Cursor issues?

I could move the cursor in game just fine, then I hop into a game and get to the screen where you can select your kit, I tried to select but the mouse didn't move at all. I restarted the game and tried again, same issue. It's not froze because if I pressed capslock, I could see the squad menu, but still I couldn't move cursor. If I press escape, it would work in the menu. I would like a fix ASAP please thanks.

Specs: (All I know, I forget what else as it was custom made by a friend)
nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS
2 gygs of random access memory

Try resetting all your bindings to 'default' then restart game.
