PR won't install

So, I've downloaded all 3 files, for some reason, they took 3 hours each (Must be my connection .)

Anyway, so the files are waiting to be installed - I doubled click part 1, the cursor rotates and Windows asks me for permission to install. Well, it rotates for 10 seconds more then it doesn't do anything.


Any possible reasons why?

Update: Okay, so part 1 just installed. It took 20 minutes for the installer to pop up after double clicking...not sure why this is happening, so any help would be grateful.

Update:

No worries guys, the installation programs eventually popped up and begun their installation.

Is there a possibly chance this is because I'm using Win7x64 and they're x86 programs?
