[0.957] SU-30 & their bombs

Description:
When me and my gunner went in a dive to manually drop a bomb on a target on Qunling, the bomb must have hit the aircraft and detonated because my gunner got a TK message for me as we both randomly died.

Steps to reproduce:
With the weapon 5 slot selected dive at approximately 30 degrees and have your gunner drop a manually guided bomb from the chinese bomber. The bomb then should blow up on the jet and the gunner get a TK message. I have experinced this once first hand and heard about it once happening.

I only used this plane once but I died the exact same way you did.
I managed to drop 2 laser guided bombs previously but for some reason manually guided bombs seems very dangerous. My bet is that you have to drop them with plane at least horizontal (no diving) to avoid hitting them.

The TV bombs seem to be generated in front of the plane rather than below it, compared to the LT version.

I've experienced this first hand on Qinling as well, except we dropped the bomb at an angle of approx 80-90 degrees.... >.<

Is it possible to the bombs not collide with the planes. The only disadvantage is the inability to drop bombs on enemy planes. But since when will we ever get in a situation where we fly perfectly in formation with a enemy plane and drop a bomb?

Lately we tested this jet and of all tries (like 15), we detonated every time. Level flight, diving, rising, flying fast, slow, upside down. We tried everything, no chance!

Well you gotta drop the bombs horizontally...

Because, the plane seems to drop them from the front, so if youre dropping them in a 90 degree angle, you will prob be really fast, and the bomb will touch your nose when dropped.
