Memory.dll error fix without BF.exe (len=2048) error?

This is a question to you guys about this memory.dll error almost everyone get.
I used this fix wich is in the stickies, but that doesn't seem to help, instead of the memory.dll error I get a Punkbuster error with MD5tool BF2.exe mismatch (len=204

.

Is there any fix for that?

It's not that I didn't search at all for a fix.
I've seen multiple of these "I found a fix for.."-threads and they don't help at all.
Other people saying that the 1.5patch fixed the problem wich is also false.
