Because France didn't make war in desert since the first Gulf War.





After the French forces have been only sent for peacekeeping. Soldiers have kept their woodland uniform to stay easily recognizable.

Afghanistan is became a real war for France only since 2008. And I think soldiers will receive a new desert uniform with all the new FELIN equipments.

Great job! altough, why has the famas' barrel so different colour compared to the rest of the weapon? Its much brighter, and it looks somehow odd.
