Yup, I know it's an interesting problem to solve (killing APC's with no AT weapons), but really the best bet is to not have the problem in the first place..

Infantry are soft and squishy. Don't let the APC see you.

Doing so is even harder now with thermals, this pretty much makes avoiding near impossible on open maps like Kashan and Burning Sands.

I have also had trouble seeing through coloured smoke. I am not sure about all colours of smoke, but I do know that the Thermal Systems in game cannot see through yellow smoke. I believe we have also had trouble seeing though other colours, but the only one I am for sure on is yellow.

I'm very happy with the desert in PR, it's not hard for a patient player (sometimes me with an AT mine) to sneak up on a tank.

The terrain is undulating - not billboard flat. Once you see the dead-ground and learn to use it it's very easy to get around.

I once got take out by a SAW on muttrah when I was in an LAV (old version when you could use hostiles kits), he was shooting my tyes a lot, and I took not much notice of it but kept telling my gunner(who I assume couldnt understand me) to shoot him , didnt take long either :S
