PR not start past splash screen/Fixed

As the title of the thread says, whenever I start PR, it opens up the splash screen, it stays like so for about 2 minutes or so and then it disappears with out doing anything. The game doesn't start and there's no error pop-up. Nothing.. When I check in the Processes tab in the Task Manager, PR doesn't show up on there. I installed Battlefield 2, then updated it to 1.5, then installed the 3 files for PR 0.957. I'm running a Windows 7 64-bit.

I don't think it's a problem with my computer granted that I had played PR before on my laptop.

Two things, did you apply the 1.41 patch first? Also, right click on the PR shortcut and click "properties." In the properties window check "windowed mode" hit apply, and try to run PR. You should now get an error code back when it crashes.

Okay after uninstalling PR and patching the 1.41 and then the 1.5 for BF2 and reinstalling PR, it works. Thank you
