PR mods folder

Hi I am having problems with a mods folder witch keeps regenerating in our PR directory
This folder has a bf2 folder witch has a settings folder that has a map con file, this mods folder is coursing our server to crash and the only way to stop it from crashing is to delete it
but when we change our map list it will reappear back in our PR directory,it also stops us from changing from coop to skirmish and I need to delete it every time it appears, should this be happening or is it a bug
