These forums are for the whole Project Reality mod in general, not specifically for the server you were banned from. Each individual server usually runs their own forums or website where you can appeal a ban, and you can find their websites in this forum section here. In addition, this section is for problems with the actual mod, not individual servers.

For example, if you wanted to find the Hardcore Gaming (=]H[=) forums you would go here.

Making a public thread or post appealing your ban will only make more headaches for you and will not help in you getting unbanned at all.
