[Vehicle] BTR60PB

Hi.
Every one who saw BTR60 in this PR version agree with me,thats they not optimized as other models makes by PR team.Got to much Zfloat places etc.
Thats was got from another mod(EoD I thinks)

This model would be better cuz:
1)They got less triangles count thats PR's BTR60(Body got only 5120 tris)
2)Less floating objects.
3)inside interior would be maked.
4)Texture could be makes better thats we got how(I think)
5)Ability to make BTR60PU(Armored Commander vehicle) or other modification like this one:

6)They looks more realistic(Just watch the photos,but of course I can edit some details,if needed.)

So here is WIP renderers(Am make body only while cannon and wheels - just added from PR BTR,but could be make soon)

Well, it looks really good. Aim for lots of detail!

The one thing I feel I have to though - and I know it's not really my place - but you seem to make a lot of good models and then stop working on them... Finish one project and then go on to the next, don't have eight or nine projects on the go at the same time :)

Also - sometimes working just stopping cuz i don't have needed information.Like they stopped with mortar,cuz nosferatu was busy and i don't have needed information,and Enet don't have required info.With BTR it's much easy,cuz google can found hign quality images.And am make low poly geometry wery fast.Also - doors could be float.

So i think outside geometry was done,need to make some smooth.
Left - BTR60PU2(Commander vehicle) center - BTR60PB,right - inside part of BTR

Nice interior, the seats are a bit further forward, are two long benches as opposed to individual seats, and have a deeper angle.

Thank you for source photos,it's should be useful.
Also - am live in the city,where mostly BTRs born(Constructed and made). 8-)
Find a knowage people not so much problem,but reference for textures - much needed.
But anyway - they should be use simple interior model,cuz to much details should be invisible at outside seats.

So i think infantry could be seat at benches,gunner and driver could be no have interior view,cuz they must fight.Am make some changes here to optimize them. and start work with UVs.

Also, any chance you could do that APC up in Militia colours? I always thought the BTR-60 would fit the Militia quite nicely.

Hm,I think BTR-70 should be better for militia thats BTR-60.But this is another story.Also if make some iditions in geometry...

Looks really good!

Three things -

One - have Noserfatu and Rhino seen it?

Two - I thought it would be good for the Militia, thing as they don't have an APC and the MEC has the MT-LB with the NSVT .50 (the BTR-70 would be cool though - maybe for the African Resistance Forces).

Three - I wonder if it's possible to code the vehicle so the driver's window blocks (I don't know what they're called off the top of my head) can be lowered and raised depending on whether or not it's a combat situation - obviously they'd provide better visibility than through the periscope when opened.

1)No was Nosferatu busy :D Thats why am start this project.Anyway its just texture test(How they would be looks in camo),I will remake UVs cuz they have to much black parts(Whats not good from optimization side)

But in my opinion BTR-70 could be better for Militia and for Russia in kozelsk(replace BTR-60,actually BTRs-60 using in Russian army as targets for new weapon :mrgreen: ),and militia will be get BMP-1 in next version(But I thing it's just second armored SPG with PKT and ATGM =) ).
3)Possible,but hardcoded,and I don't make windows holes.
