*Edit*
I just went and bought this guy.
Rosewill Audio Pro rhm-6308
It cost me 40 bucks, not like any great ones but I'm sure it'll be awesome.

Re: Need help selecting a new headset
Nice.
I'm going to be truthful here and say the best headset I ever got was 'unbranded' and from Ebay, brand new and cost less than 5 GBP.
It lasted a very long time and was quite tough.
Since, replacing that headset I have through so many so quickly that I now use headphones and a desktop microphone

Re: Need help selecting a new headset
Just a little heads up.
Got it today. It's crazy awesome.
Pros:
Loud
Comfortable
USB
Easy to setup
Easy mute,volume controls
Does not interfere with your speakers, so you can use headset and speakers at same time.
Cons:
Mic is only on left side
Loud, like 100% will blow out the headset speakers, im sittign at 4% and it is super loud.
If you are lookign for a cheap headset, buy this its worth it.

yup, dig through that junk drawer and pull out those old in-ear headphones collecting dust. Best $0 dollars I have spent.ryan d ale wrote:Nice.
