[List] Worst PR fail!!

Earlier today, while playing on Tactigal Gamer, I used Mumble for the first time in my PR history. I run PR in a windowed mode, and I had Mumble in the little slot that I had so I could see who was talking. I kept seeing people talk, but couldnt hear them. So I asked people when the map was finished, why I cant hear them sometimes. So, I think is was, skycaptain, told me, that you have to be like 50 meters close to the person speaking. Long story short, for 5 minutes I was being made fun of.
What is your worst PR fail?

I was piloting a chinook in Op. Archer.

I choose an alternate route, going outside the map. Once I was there, I got like

"You have 45 seconds to return to the battle"

I thought "Good, I'll stay this way, so I can avoid the AA's"


BUT the passangers started to shout in the back (with mumble) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH
GO BAAACK
AAAAAAAAH
WE ARE BUUUURNING !

and all they died.

Later I discovered that I had 45 seconds, but only the pilot. The rest only had 10 seconds.


FAIL.

My first time playing PR like 2 years ago, I threw stones at random people thinking that they don't cause any damage. I threw one at the admins head. 25 seconds later I got perma banned :3

Back in .4 I think with VIP Escort I was flying a little bird, got shot out, and the little bird crashed into the SUV, blowing it up.

Not my fail but just now I was on Qwai and we hit friendly mines (on the same spot) TWICE!

First my SL in the PLA buggy drove over one with just me in the jeep. We respawned, joined up with the other 3 squadmembers in the truck and moved out again. On the same road. When we neared the mine location we all called out on Mumble that there where mines. I even suggested stopping, getting out and standing on the mines. Before the driver could respond we hit the second mine... X'D

Tactical Gamer - Kashan, North-Outpost B2 area.

Aerron and I are crewing an Abrams, over mumble we hear INF SLs call out the Havoc's location over NBunkers heading towards us. I catch a glimpse of him as he dives below a ridge line off in the distance, eager to be rid of the nuisance we position ourselves on a step angle to provide the best elevation.

Suddenly he appears from above the clouds with our Apache apparently in pursuit, but it happens at such a long range and so fast it's hard to know if it's even an Apache over there. I finally get frustrated and decide to take a chance, and my timing was perfect as I nailed the bugger almost out of view range.

"HOLY COW NICE SHOT", followed by a cacophony of laughter forces everyone to lower their volume just a bit. Then I realize I've been punished for TKs? whaaa...

The Apache pilot joins our UberChoppaKillaTankzors squad moments later, the whole time the entire 6 man squad is constantly laughing and poking fun.

I apologized, even though his attitude was uncalled for, but I admit it was quite a blunder.

It did make my night to see them both rage quit though.

I remember that mate : )! you were telling us how much you hated mumble on your first day. It was hilarious but i am glad you are taking the initiative to actually play with mumble.

My worst PR fail was on Fallujah, we had surrounded the cache with my squad and another squad and through a window I could see two insurgents, so I got my grenade and aimed for the window only for another squad member to run in front of the window, grenade rebounded off his head and went behind me near to where a third squad was getting out of their humvee, boom, three dead and a couple wounded, oh but I was ok, I RAN!

I'm new but for me is first game I am in.. Guy is showing me the ropes of the game and 10 mins into it he is fighting off an APC and get's injured.. I try as a medic to switch to med kit and when I click it I do it wrong and it switched back to my rifle and I shoot him from a foot away on accident. talk about embarrasing to me... probably minor to most of you but was a wtf moment for me lol.
