I've seen a few posts (i think 3 or 4) from him on the forums in various areas such as the general PR discussion and PR:V discussion, only to advertise NFL jerseys or something like that

For the future, upper right hand corner of the post box there should be a drop down menu that says something along the lines of post options. There is a report function there, or PM a Moderator.
