[0957] MEC AA headlights material

MEC AA will go down with few clips from a normal rifleman if aimed at the tail and headlights.

Tested on Kashan.
BF universe: Jorma[fIIn], Tahanmikaansovi, Vge, Lou Bang, Marjapiirakka
