Upgrade Options?

Hello all,

So i get pertty low fames rates right now on PR.
Current set up:

Window 7
AMD 64 X2 5000 2.6ghz (AMD 2 940) on a Iris8 motherbored
3072 Ram DDR2
ATI 4870
Direct 11

As you can see I need to upgrade. Buying a new PC is out the question right now, so I'm trying to squezze some more life out this one. Any recomendations? Thank you.

New processor, motherboard, and memory would be my first suggestion. Your GPU will be fine for now. What country are you in and what's your budget?
