Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I have a memory leak and curious to see if anyone else does.
At the start of a fresh map I'm using 250MB of VRAM, after 10mins or so that number has skyrocketed to 764MB - almost all of my available 768MB, if my GFX card had more, the game would prob eat more.
I'm sure it's a memory leak because ALT-tabbing out resets the memory usage back to 300MB.
One possible cause imho is the object cache caching textures in GPU memory..
Opinions welcome.
Cheers.

Re: VRAM Memory Leak.
yea the 1.5 patch for bf2 caused MAJOR memory leaks (not saying there wasn't any already)
not a PR bug.

Not quite sure why this happens but it does. Something on DICE's end they completely f***** up with. Hopefully some genious with support will be able to fix it. For now there aren't really any fixes I can think of.

have the same issue on certain maps. if im playing fallujah west I have to alt+tab at least every minute what makes the map pretty much unplayable to me. on other maps it takes ages or doesn't happen at all.

Re: VRAM Memory Leak.
I guess it is caused by some objects or textures used by pr. Cause it's always on the same maps. Gaza beach had the same when it came out. But when some of the maps got optimized in the last patch gaza is fine for me now.
