Controller "mouse look"

I just got a controller for my PC, just wondering how you do "mouse look" with the controller for aircrafts and vehicles. Can't find them under"aircraft controls" or "vehicle controls"

The control modifier is "Ctrl"

That is to say, you have to hold down the Ctrl button and move your mouse to free look. This is unfortunately coded in such a way as to disable all controls besides throttle in the vehicle, so it makes you kind of a sitting duck.

What I do is set controller keys to 7,8, and 9 which look around and set another key to bring me back to weapon slot 1 so I can see forward. In jets you can also set a key to look straight backwards.

You can use certain "tools" to emulate mouse movements with your joystick or controller.
That way you can use mouse look with them.
