Bleedout effect

Hey guys, ive just realised after watching some in game videos.
i dont have the same bleed out effect as most people.
my screen only goes red around the sides, but never goes black and white etc.

Any reason why this is? im guessing the shaders. Ive tried clearing the cache and stuff like that.
but its almost always been the same effect since i can remember :s

a while ago the black and white effect stopped working with nvidia cards if anti aliasing is enabled

tis a real shame, I miss it
