I wanted to start some sort of pirates association for Project reality players. . .

If you are an In game pirate, buccaneer, seadog or landvehicle robber

We should start some sort of Forum section for Only PRPA members to discuss things happening in piracy and yes discuss in game aspects. Really what ever is fine.
