Arma is a separate developer team. BF2 is still being updated. No PR mod for BF3.

Don't worry about ArmA II. As Spush said, there's simply two PR's now. Actually, a third one is planned, stand-alone, although that's pre-alpha.

PR Dev team is developing BF2 version still. Arma 2 is just another project they have going, including Pr: Vietnam and the fabled PR2.
