[?] Spetznaz digital (MW2) texture

I had an old texture that used a camouflage pattern I made months before, but after practicing my skills I was able to make this(below attachment).I want to make a legit, well done texture, but I cant find any tutorials on texturing soldier models so that you can make stitching, pockets, etc like the textures in PR or by jones-so it would be great if someone could give me a link to a tutorial or even a tip that could start me off, that would be greatly appreciated
