voip problem

my voip cuts out around 20 seconds into the game every time;I can hear and talk before it cuts out but after i cannot hear or talk its annoying been searching the forms and have tried alot of things to fix it but nothing works. in options my void is turned off tryed making file read-only but that doesnt work either; any ideas to fix this would be appreciated THX in advance
