PR + BF2 full screen mode

Hi everyone!

I finally found a way to install PR! I was so excited getting back on the field, when I realised I didn't run the game in full-screen mode. I have to black bars in each side of my screen?!?! How do I fix that? And plese go into details, if it gets tricky, I am not very much into adjusting settings in games, sorry!

Have you gone through the video settings? Choose the correct resolution for your monitor.

Right click on PR desktop shortcut.
Choose 'properties' from bottom of popup window.
Under the 'shortcut' tab look for the 'target' window.
You should see something like this with Vista/W7
(XP lose the(x86)

"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe"
add :
start +widescreen 1 +szx 1600 +szy 1200 +restart

Be sure to leave one space after pr.exe"

"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" start +widescreen 1 +szx 1600 +szy 1200 +restart

If you don't have a widescreen use fullscreen
change 1600 x 1200 to the resolution you want
Example:
start +widescreen 1 +szx 1024 +szy 768 +restart

Your shortcut can do more. I use:
start +widescreen 1 +szx 1600 +szy 1200 +restart +playerName xxxx +playerPassword xxxx

Replace XXXX with your user name and password

Adding this string bypasses the startup video, logs you in and takes you directly to the server browser.
