Well, I spent like 4 rounds in a row playing in the server and I definitely see some improvement. It's definitely a headache trying to admin this, so I pull my hat off to Wicca, King Kong and company.
I am still thorned about the vanilla feel and I think that has largely to do with Fallujah. Great map, but I think a little too short for 128. I hope DEVs keep their promise of taking out these maps in future releases.
As for the last round (Kashan), nice command by the whacko Wicca as always. Shame I couldn't follow you guys properly with my fireteam. I had one guy that quit too early, then something remix who was totally irresponsive/selfish/idiot and finnaly the medic that had some Mumble issues (sometimes couldn't hear me or transmit).
I will certainly give it another go tomorrow. I enjoyed the intense firefights. ; )

Well i think you did great as a fireteam leader mate
All of my fireteam leaders did great.
I just wish the squadmembers was in mumble and had all their comms working. Always sad when that happens.
CnC= Awesome so i will definatly put that on more often.

I think they mean less time to think more time to shoot. Means less teamwork. The more time you spend shooting, is less time communicating. Which is what makes PR so great. But CnC no flags went great. Instead of going to a flag with 64 guys, you are scatterd across the map. And you have to react to contacts etc on the fly with moving by helicopter or apc or by foot for that matter. Makes the pace perfect.

Agree, PR is all about tactical manouvering and what makes it so great. Also, any chance of moving with your squad in stealth mode in a map with the size of Fallujah is unbelievably hard. I've noticed that in bigger maps you get lesser action but you don't have dull moments as sometimes in 64. For me that's the perfect balance in size.

Gotta agree on some points here, like Fallujah. That map gets really hard with 116 players, still I'm not suggesting to put it out of the maplist, because its anyway quiet a lot of fun (right cyber
). Just don't play it that frequently, or atleast don't use it as a seed-map.
The biggest issue what I have noticed in the last 2 days are the CAS helicopters (especially the Huey). Goddamn those things are a pain in the ***, but that is for the moment not fixable. Keep a bit of a distance from the maps with those assets and it should be fine.
Regarding Mumble, well there is still a big amount of non-mumblers, but I'd like to beg the admins to really force the SLs to be in the Mumble-SL channel at any time, as it is inevitably necessary for a proper gameplay.

CnC was just awesome, I really liked how there was enought people to defended AND search for the enemy FOB. The free flowing battle was awesome experience. Hopefully I can join another CnC match on this server soon.

- NO shooting inside main at all
- Do not spam mumble or all chat, sort your squad with ingame voip

- Everyone must be in mumble and squadleaders on SL channel
1. General
1.1 All players must be on mumble. Anyone not in mumble will be warned and removed.
1.1.1 Please make sure that your nick in game and nick on Mumble are similar to ensure you will not be kicked.

2.4.1 Similarly, any squad member who does not follow his SLs orders can be warned and then kicked.
2.5 All squad leaders and commander must be on the mumble squad leader radio net.

3. Vehicles and Assets
3.1 Squad assets are given on a name basis, IE if your squad is called Tank you get the tanks. That being said, you cannot create a tank squad, after the tanks are taken. And claim the tanks as yours. If you want to take spare assets ask or join asset squad first.
3.2 All vehicles must be manned by trained personnel, if you haven't tried it, don't drive it.
3.3 All vehicles have to be manned with their minimum crew they require to work appropriately.
3.3.1 It is not allowed to solo any vehicle just to take or find other crewman/pilot outside mainbase.
3.3.2 If gunner or drivers dies or disconnects vehicle must immediately return to main or fob for missing crew.
3.4 Any vehicle that has been taken by a squad and is left in close proximity of their position, cannot be taken without consent of said squad.

4. Mainbase Assets and Baserape
4.1 No baseraping at the main bases. No shooting into main bases, no shooting from main bases.

5. Forbidden Tactics
5.1 Only Insurgents and other unconventional forces are allowed to make use of suicide tactics. Any conventional force spotted using that tactic will be kicked off the server.
5.2 You are not allowed to drive people intentionally over with vehicles. This means turning around or circling just to kill.
5.3 You are not allowed to attack the opposing teams first cappable flag until 10 min of the game has passed, unless it is active in the AAS order.
5.4 Mortars in Dome of Death are disallowed.

6. Cheats/Glitches
6.1 Cheating and glitching is strictly forbidden. If you are found doing it you will be banned.
6.2 Any person suspected of cheating may be removed and further investigated.

7.1 Insulting/racism is not allowed. Insulting anyone in any manner, is not allowed. Racism is in any manner not allowed. We expect you to act in a mature and respectful manner at all times.
7.2 Giving intel of your own team to the enemy is prohibited. And will lead you to being kicked or banned.
7.2.1 Sabotage against your own team in all it's forms is forbidden. And will lead to being kicked or banned.

Can we make it 4 maps?
No 1km sized maps.
Two 2km sized maps and 4km sized maps would be nice.
In 2km sized maps I would go for Beirut (alot of cover in buildings) and Ramiel for the INS. As for the two 4km maps I would go for Iron Eagle and Wanda Shan (about time we test the latter properly).

What is the squad size limit now? 8-12 would be okay IMO.
Are kit limits as they were on Thursday?
I hope we'll have good game play tonite. I'll try to mobilize as many MUROs as possible :smoke:
