Today is an event. Please read the events forum.

Id like to say that 128 cant be played without mumble It makes gameplay shitty.

And having no admins, makes it easier for griefers to not ruin the game for 64 players noo. 128... So mumble and Admins must always be present.

any time ive tried to give this server a chance it was, the gameplay was so bad for me all that was missing was an AC130 or someone calling in a tac-nuke -_- (except for iron eagle).
and its also really unfair toward other servers IMO

There is only one unforgivable lie That is the lie that says, This is the end, you are the conqueror, you have achieved it and now all that remains is to build walls higher and shelter behind them. Now, the lie says, the world is safe.? The Great Khan.

40k is deep like that.

That disclaimer (which is on the back cover of the BF2 box) applies particularly for PR, especially with an unprecedented and experimental increase in player numbers.

Guys, yesterday was epic. Playing with 180+ people, being part of a coordinated assault of 30+ soldiers supported bij 4 APC's, charging up a hill to a firebase and getting massacred because of the huge amount of enemies there. It was the single most exciting moment ever in my gaming carreer. Thanks a lot, please keep this project running!

LOL...

So how about passwording permanently the server (passcode on mumble)?
Guys, when a new player comes, just answer his question and go on your merry way, instead of going berserk! It's THAT simple! :D

Yes, it was unpassworded because I did rewrite server code from zero and had to test it.

Sisu server will stay behind password (prftw) always except when needed to test fast something.
Join to mumble channel if you are going to play in there.

Well, one should expect the server that is most prominently listed and boasts hundreds of players to attract a fair share of trolls, spammers and noobs. Perhaps they were kept away from other servers then?

Haha Yeah we were a magnet :)

I think the admins have done well!

Its just hard to find "admin" material.

What polishing is so vital that this should be kept from people for so long? 128 player servers worked fine for the most part, at least for myself. I never had any lag and crashes were acceptably infrequent. Name tag problem is a surprisingly small problem (i thought it would ruin the game, but it didn't).

I'd take the slight instability of 128 player servers any day. The 64 player servers feel incredibly boring now.

Couldn't agree more. I just can't get used to the 64 servers now :(

I'm guessing player name bug, some squad changes, upgraded server hardware, and map changes AKA more vehicles and more specialized kits.

All good stuff IMO
