Baby steps are needed if this is going to be successful. Stop wrapping your heads around the fact 256 players is just gonna be released. There needs to be better communication systems in place for that.

I think PR will get more members, but there will be a lot of lawlessness in the first few weeks.

128 is... kinda low...
If you ask me (I know you are not), 200 works good... although on Karez Offensive map we felt the need for 300-400... I hope we will see that soon... at least Karez 250, maybe with added gunships?

I have been playing all day, and I LOVE the massive server. 190 players is a great number for a lot of the more developed maps. I personally like Iron Ridge (I think) with that many. The game has a great balance of firefights and traveling. Plus, now we can add logistical support and operational war fighting strategies to the mix. All and all, love the big server. Keep the tests going, I want to get me some more. haha.

A more appropriate and general name for a thread about the test server would start with '>64 Player...' or 'SISU Test...' for instance. If a new thread needs to be made entirely or all discussion vectored to the Server Feedback forum (with no duplicate General Discussion thread open) so be it.
When the Devs make an official announcement about their decided player limit and client side patch everyone can then make a relatively educated response about the general matter in the subsequent announcement thread/s.

Whilst the thought of a 512 size server is awesome, its never going to be practical. We should stick to testing appropriate thresholds such as 116 up to 200.
From all the reading since this breakthrough, somewhere in the middle seems the most desirable (150ish). Above this seems unneccesary and may take away from other servers, and as we have seen, cause some resentment. I dont run a server anymore so effects me in no way, lets just not try to splinter the community.
