How to play Community Factions?

Sorry if I posted this in wrong place, I couldn't find any other place better than here.

I've recently realised there are Community Factions such as the Brazillian Army or the Polish Army however I can not figure out how to join this 'Community' or how to play as a Community Faction.
I am particularly interested in playing as the Brazillian Army as I am of Brazillian origin but can never find a good game with them in.

So to get straight to the point:

How can I play as a Community Faction? (Do I have to subscribe or join some sort of clan?)

The community factions that have been released are available in the mod itself(Germans, Russians etc). The unreleased factions like Brasil are not playable at this moment.

Brazil is still being worked on at this moment and so are other factions

Oooh, does that mean the Community Factions in the forums are factions under construction?

I feel just a tad stupid now

yes they are under construction and they are made by the community with the help of DEVs

so they will come out soon

I am waiting for private security forces right now
