Maps don't load

I just installed this game yesterday, played in 3-4 servers, and everything ran smoothly. Later in the day, I go on to play again and the maps don't load. It stays on 0%. What's wrong?

I am having the same problem played the game for several months on many different servers just fine. Now maps wont load at all.

Sorry for the double post but do you use Webroot anti virus?

Get rid of webroot. Webroot somehow prevents the maps from running. I had the same problem for months, finally i got rid of webroot and what do ya know? hope it helps.

Thanks for the posts.

This helped one of my guys get his game sorted out. Same symptoms 0% at map load. Was using Webroot on Windows 7. Removed, now works.

I have emailed webroot ( having the same problem, although not all the time, its wierd..) and they have asked for a log of my system. I'll let you all know how it goes. It seems promising as they want to see how they are able to fix it from these logs. If they do give me a fix I'll be sure to post it here as tbh webroot is one of the best anti-virus products out there for me anyway...

Also if you don't want to uninstall it, the best thing you can do to get PR to work 100% is to logg out of the user, then logg in, and immediately open up PR (This will normally happen before webroot realises or something I don't know, but it works ^^)

I have contacted Webroot as I said above, exchanged support tickets, sent logs etc.. and they came back to me with a patch. (I won't load it up here as im pretty sure its specific to the log you send them, so you will have to contact webroot to get it) but it is now working as far as I an tell, I have done 3 system resets and its loaded all times. (even when I waited 5 mins )
