Curry, you made an epic armor squad, we were always in formation, we won all engagements! You need to come down and teach us some of these skills! :P
yes the kashan round was not bad :D

I don't blame them for not being present at 4 am in the morning. ;) It was just frustrating yesterday, to have some noobs and trolls wasting assets and realizing, that reporting players does not help, since nobody would come.

Anyhow this server is a very good place to go to!

why would you even give a server such a bad name? mostly, people on the server have no attitude or clue what they are doing.

baschi do you play with mumble ? as most of our player base do use mumble it is conceivable that you are missing out on crucial information, perhaps leaving you in the dark ?

as for most people 'not having much of a clue' comment i think this is a bit unfair, i know ODS 3DAC IDF et al are a bit 'new' to PR so perhaps you can come over and show us how to play with the big boys ;)

really though, if you had a bad game are you criticize the server for that ? if your looking for perfection in every game on every server in PR i think your going to be a little disappointed, humans being human and all.....

OD-S players are some fairly old veterans tbh (dont judge by joining date on forums, i lurked a long time) and we still love to play on NwA. Admins are always trying theyre best to get all of us on one side, they dont have rules that prevent us from playing like we like to (I.E. rushing, disturbing enemy deployment) and are generally nice guys.
I also noticed on a muttrah round a couple of days ago that viglen is very much capable of gunning a cobra, it was indeed the first time when i wasnt gunning it ive seen cobra doing a good job.

TLDR: I like NwA even though im nowhere near beeing a noob :P

New is in this context a synonym for BLOODY NABS

Totally agree. I've had many good rounds here, but those maplists sometimes are a bit harsh (for example, 3 ins in a row).

In Ref to ODS etc etc I think you missed that Speedhound was being a bit ironic. Telling the fella that you are some of the most experianced PR player. I guess it was lost in translation.

Although rushing to block the enemy at the start of the round isnt really good for game play. Although the tactic is a fare one Id like to have more of a game then be pinned or bloked trying to get to our first flag. But thats my personal opinion and hasnt been mentioned on our forums as a new rules YET!

yes clearly failed attempt at irony, i am one of those admins you so like so thanks for that and thanks on behalf of my compadres in administration.

also feel free to apply for clan smart balance on our web page, i think we still run with that set up.

as for AAS maps, what would everyone like to see ? some AAS maps are a bit ??? at the moment but if anyone has idea's please feel free to mention them here, as for myself, recently we put Quai 16 in rotation and it was really fun, but that is just my opinion, whats yours ?

look forward to hearing.

the smartbalance thing, i assumes it works with the BF2 prefixes? Or does it use the account names? Cause in OD-S L4gi forced everyone to make a new accout with OD-S tag included, so no prefix for us.

smartbalance works with everything, it doesnt care whether its part of the name or the prefix.

I really enjoyed playing on NwA a while ago, great english speaking server.

I would say a large variety of maps and layers, within reason. Variety is the spice of life, after all ;)

Do you guys use set mapslists or do you !setnext on the fly?

We found !setnext was one of the main cause for server crashes. Was reduced a little by doing !save after doing !setnext then at the start of the next round doing !save once more.

tbh Its hard to plaese players as far as map list is concernd, but may be a little more AAS could be implamented. I`ll discuss it with my fellow members.

+1 for that, INS is fun but gets heavy really really quick.

Had a brilliant night tonight with you guys on NWA, it was 'one of those days' until we played Muttrah, and during that time my squad [INF INF] did everything asked of them and performed brilliantly. So well in fact that we were over-ran only once - That was the only time in the game that we didn't consolidate our position witha Rally Point and then take back the turf we got pushed out from.

Special thanks to everyone, in no particular order Selemeister, chief.kaiser, DaisyCutter, Daisy12, vwilly, Disco, and anyone else i've forgotten to mention. I had a brilliant round with you guys and if we hadn't held that central flag for so long the round would have been a whitewash. Top stuff.

The most telling thing about our squad was that as mentioned we were only overrun once, as a squad leader I only had one death at the end of the round and that's because you guys all worked so well together and got the job done.
