Server setup: Beirut alt layer

Hi All,

Background:
I trying to ensure our server is set up for the World Cup comp properly. Working with the server provider we've hired to get it right.

The problem:
Initially the server was not updated to 0.957e. The server provider has indicated it now is done.

However the ticket count on the Beirut alt map is only 295/275. I play on other servers and it is like 400+.


Questions:
1) where can I find the 'official' ticket count for this map/layer?
2) if 295/275 isn't it... how can I change it to mirror the proper ticket count?

Is it possible the patch can be applied from 0.975a to 0.975e without updating the maps to 0.975e tickets (if it is different)?
