Punkbuster repeatedly kicks me for this a few minutes after I join a server.
I have already tried solutions from this thread and Google, such as not running anything under compatibility mode, exiting Steam, and updating drivers (which were already up to date). Obviously, none of them worked.
I have only been getting a [131136] type. My computer is also a laptop and running Win7 64-bit, if that means anything.
Specs:
Model: Lenovo Ideapad Y560
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i5 M480 @ 2.67Ghz
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730
RAM: 4GB DDRM3

You are probably running some kind of program that is not compatible with PB.

I solved the problem. Lenovo laptops have the program "OneKey Theater" which conflicts with Punkbuster, and uninstalling it removed the problem.
Now I'm getting 2 minute kicks for MD5Tool mismatches.
But hopefully replacing some .dll files in my registry would fix that.
