Server Admins

Has anyone been having problems with server admins recently?
Just today, I was playing on the Veteran Gaming Co-op server (because I didn't have a mic) and an admin rammed me with a jeep. He backed up and started ramming me again, so I shot at him. He turned, so I stopped, and then he got on a gun and shot me. Then he kicked me for teamkilling.
A few weeks ago, I was playing on the Hardcore server. It was an Insurgency game, and I was baseraping with a Marksman. Now, the rules are: It's allowed, but not encouraged, on Insurgency maps. One of the admins got pissed and decided to kick me for teamswitching or something (the previous game the server had switched me to the other team).
And worst of all, a lot of admins are kicking people for talking in "all chat" too much. I mean, I don't understand what's so bad about it. They weren't whining or anything, just making jokes. It's tiny font in a corner; I don't see how it can be bothering anyone except themselves.
