Steam Group

Post by sonofTHEbiscuit »

Hello all! im sonofTHEbiscuit, an avid project reality player. I also play other bf2 mods! The most important thing to know about project reality is that it requires teamwork! lots of it. This is why i have started a steam group. Its called Project Reality English Mics or P.R.E.M
I just started the group so there are only 2 members right now. After we get atleast 5 members we will most likely start a clan for Project Reality. Our group doesnt care about age. All we ask is that you have a mic and speak englsih! Please visit this group and take a look! ;) PLEASE! Post a reply if you are interested.

Thanks,
SonofTHEbiscuit

Actually i talked to the guy with the most popular PR group. It has 777 members. He told me that he doesn't even play PR anymore and would try to help me make my group more popular.
And hey, there's always room for new groups. I'm also starting a clan. :-D ... There needs to be a new steam group for project reality in response to the many new players and the lack of seriousness in other groups.

By all means, start a new group but I'm not going to bother joining it since the majority of the PR team use the current one as it's lead by a team of PR developers and already has hundreds of people from the community already in there.

We don't "need" a new one, there's no point but it's a free world so go ahead. :)

That one looks pretty dead though, last and only announcement was of version 0.85...

Announcements aren't important. Being able to add the right people on steam is, and if you know they play PR chances are they are a part of the group.

I'm with Smeg, pointless having a duplicate.

^^ My group would have announcements every day, it would be updated and checked constantly. Also I am looking for a specific group of people. P-R-E-M Project Reality English Mics. I don't need my group to be big,(Not that i don't want it do be) I am just looking for people to join so i can start a clan and it could become a community. None of the groups for PR now are updated, or as "close" as mine would be.

I don't want announcements every day.

I want to have no communication with other people in the PR community when I'm not engaged in PR related activities while online.

Wellll.... you see, the announcements are just to keep the group alive. You don't have to look or care about what i put up, but when you do play and wanna play with some people who speak English and have a mic you could put a post on the groups page! :) Contradicting from that, I DO want to try to start a clan with people who are dedicated to the group, or you could just be in the group and never get on unless you want too! it could just be a fallback if your board and want to play PR with some cool peeps.

Give the guy a chance... All he is saying is that he wants to start a new clan and he is asking if anyone is interested.
