i think a part of your problem is the new ATi drivers are complete shit, you might gain some FPS by going back to 10.x or something like that.

dude its your CPU, your graphics card looks good, PR is heavily CPU intensive, more players means more CPU work etc.. try over clocking that CPU to around 4 Ghz ish

firstly upgrade to o.95
otherwise lower ur settings
