Razer wire on co-op offical statement needed

Can i please have a official statement for the dev or someone qualified to state that the razor wire on Co-op does not work.

As i've seen countless squad leaders try and order their squad to dig them.

I can understand why they are made the way they are to prevent exploits as the bots will just keep walking into them.

So yeah statement.

lol statement really isn't needed mate, if it were allowed then the bots would run into it and die. So even if it was allowed in coop, you are expected not to do it in the interest of fair play.

It's deployed unbuilt, but should be buildable, if it isn't then what hobnob said.

Why make CO-OP easier with barriers? It's easy already and fun with setting crank up.

IIRC I managed to build razor wire in co-op using a wrench.

Yap, same here, I saw one guy deploying razer wire and when I was to tell the news he was with the wrench (and it worked) :p

By whom? COOP is fundamentally unfair.

Bots instantly spot players from long distance and track them with precision through cover, they're simply programmed to follow a set path and kill any enemies within range. Giving them consideration or mercy is daft, they're moving target practice.

No, seriously, I do think it's possible to build these things in COOP, either with the shovel or with the wrench (though I can't recall having done it that way... Maybe I've never done it. Maybe it's not possible. No idea.)
