[Help] Editing HUD in PR BF2

Hello,
I would like to ask: can someone help me to edit hud in PR BF2? I would explain what I actually would like to do.

Im not a modder, but I know how to work with editor or con files and so on.
Im a video maker and my point is not to have even compass or bullets or the stamina when I sprint in there. The red screen when i get hurt is OK. But for example chat or TK messages. I just want to have clean screen like in BF2 when written renderer.drawhud 0 but as far as I know here in PR BF2 it was disabled. Thats why im asking how to edit it at least. But i have no idea what to edit or what lines to delete in PR BF 2 HUD files.

1. SO what to edit or what to delete in .con files in The menu/menu_server.zip/HUDSetup/...

OR

2. What is the command in PR BF2 for NO HUD (like in BF2 renderer.drawhud 0).

Please help me.

Problem is, I think, that this was intentionally disabled in public games because it allows you to see even when wounded and suppressed. Not sure if you'll be allowed to do this in public games. Should not be a problem to somehow get the console command to work on a LAN game, though.

I believe you can use "renderer.drawHud 0" again on local servers in the next version of PR.

What you can do in the current version, and only works when viewing BattleRecorder files, is to put "renderer.drawHud 0" in the "gamelogicinit.con" file. Then load up BR and do your thing. Don't do a "renderer.drawHud 1" while running though, as you won't get it back to "0" again.

Remember to first back up that file, because if you try to play online with a changed file, PB will kick you for it.

OK well just to know more closely i got 0.957 and i know it was disabled bcs of those wounds :D ...well but i think ive tried already and it didnt work...u know i dont want to play it in public i just want to make video with my friend and bots....thats all....

well i hope so bcs this is just so cruel = SO good mod and its bad for video makers...i was like NOOOO why? :D ....and when you think the NEXT should come out?
AND i tried the renderer.drawhud 0 to the gamelogicinit.con BUT i couldnt even choose a spawnpoint then :D so i just could use it for battlerecorder :D

Of course, the "drawHud 0" (in this version) should only be used with BR. If you're actually in-game, as a player, simply use PRbot or the camera kit.

and where can i find this PRBOT? is it a programme? i can use it in game? or what is it? link to downlaod?....idk what is it :D

PRBOT is wayyy to slow. It needs to be much much faster.

It's a "vehicle" you can spawn in-game. Not on public games of course ;) . When you're running a local server*, type the following in chat: rcon prbot

This should spawn the PRbot right in front of you. You can enter it and fly around.



* You can use PRbot on a dedicated server as well, but it would have to run in debug-mode and be passworded.

yes..but it is still with the chat and so on...and i just want to delete some files(backuped before) in HUD which will make no HUD in private coop....not in public one...OR i just want to know what to do to make it invisible...

OR IS IT A THING OF NEW VERSION OF PR? NEWER THAN 0.957 ?

can a PRbot be spawned for admin use on an online server. For example if a tournament is going on? I want to fly around and battlecast it xD

Yes it can, I think I've seen soppa flying around on sisu sometimes. We saluted him.

u can remove bot tags by: go to the gamelogicinit.con (open with Notepad) and add a line-->

renderer.drawnametags 0

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
U have to backup ur gamelogicinit.con because if you will go to the public server then the punkbuster will kick you. Just make a copy of gamelogicinit.con and use one for recording with no nametags and one for official servers with nametags.
