shader problems :(

Hi,

i have in all maps black stripe fields around the terrain...

The come and go permanently during moving. Please see attached screen shot.

I tried all possible (out of my sight). Delete cache folder, play with all grafik settings, updated my ati driver, turned aero in win7 off and now dont know what else to do...

Please help me, cant play longer than 2 hours otherwise this creates awesome headache

My system:
Win7 32bit, AMD Phenom II black X4 965, 4 GB DDR3, ATI HD 4890, Asrock 870 Extreme3.

Have you tried deleting the shader cache?

Have the same prob. I have ATI 4850 and Windows 7 <- only those two things count in this case - its definitely graphic issue.

I ve got 2 solutions:
1. In your graphic driver controler (Catalyst Control Center, shortly CCC), find Catalyst A.I. (it should be placed in 3D Aplication Settings) and try out different settings (starting from disabling it).

2. If it wont help, there is another solution. Uninstall your currently installed graphic drivers, find older* ones and see how its working (remember to restart your machine aster instalation).

* - CCC ver. 10.12 was old enough in my case. Edit: ver. 11.3 should work too

But remember, downgrading your graphic drivers wont help playing newer games. Thats why i just got used to those black patches

Im so pissed about this damn problem, that i only tried the 11.3 version of CCC and it WORKS!!!

But im not shure what ATI is including in their newest versions... Since 11.4 the water and smoke in BFBC2 disappeared

Whenever ive more time and im in a better mood ill try playing and disabling some things within the tool
