If so, do you have an ATI card?
If so, go to your CCC and enable Catalyst AI.

And if you have Catalyst 11.5 installed, that's also a problem giver.
Revert your driver back to 11.3, it's the last version which doesn't give the black spots.

Re: flashing Black Holes
Edit: I've just uninstalled 11.5 and installed 11.3. The game looks so smooth, and i'm running on all maxxed out both in CCC and BF2/PR.
Very glad I finally got round to doing this. I can enjoy PR 100% again!

TNX it Worked. but they really need to make a 11.6
because now some other games do some little bugs. the need to do an update the fixes all.

Still happens with 11.6. I was running 10.10 before I updated and enabling Catalyst AI worked, now even with Catalyst enabled the flashing black holes are still there.

Re: flashing Black Holes
would be nice to implement the fixes straight to the game to completely get rid of these situations.'[R-DEV wrote:AfterDune;1608690']Like this? http://i859.photobucket.com/albums/ab15 ... roblem.jpg

I can confirm this for 11.6Stealthgato wrote:Still happens with 11.6. I was running 10.10 before I updated and enabling Catalyst AI worked, now even with Catalyst enabled the flashing black holes are still there.
However oddly enough I reverted to the last one which worked for me which was 11.5 and it works fine again

You mean PR should take care of this? Heck no, I wouldn't want any game to change my video settingsLeopardi wrote:would be nice to implement the fixes straight to the game to completely get rid of these situations.

I think he meant fix the bugs not PR having compatibility option with catalyst

No just implement the driver fixes straight to the exe so nobody will have black holes ever again[R-DEV]AfterDune wrote:You mean PR should take care of this? Heck no, I wouldn't want any game to change my video settings.

The f00k? Played last night and the flashing black patches are back.. Despite no settings being changed and the Drivers [11.5] working perfectly in-game after i'd installed them (with no black patches).

Re: flashing Black Holes
For me with ATI, i back to 11.2 (11.5 and 11.6 do this black holes).
I don't use the 11.3 because this driver cause no ground and no effect on BFBC2. 11.2 don't allow AA on Win7 but BC2 have ground and effect. I don't think a way to play this 2 game correctly.

Well the black holes are back, I installed 11.2 to no avail.
As well as this PR generally looks and plays like a dog.. How odd.
