PLA and RU Paratrooper Variants

For a map that I am starting, the OpFor have to parachute onto the battlefield. But, according to this thread, the RU and PLA factions don't have a para variant. So, for the next version of PR, could these kit setups be implemented?

Wiki says need a little soldier reskin and few vehicles for them such as BMD-2(instead BMP-2) and another trucks(with short base).
They also uses another SVD(Not so much important,because you getting standard regulars kits).
