The assets rule is common to many PR servers, in the case of =HOG= the rules scroll on top all the time.

You are responsible to read the rules and abide to them.

If a squad is locked and you are not invited to it is because the owner of the squad dont want you there it is up to him.

you are right !!! but :

1. there was a squad bug on the server with only 4-5 Squads
2. people where waiting on the carrier while only "funeral" was alone in his closed Trans Squad
3. docks flag loosing
4. i asked him 4 times for invite me or if i can take a chopper to transport the waiting people from the carrier . but there come no answer from FUNERAL DIRECTOR...maybe thats the rule on the server: NO Teamplay here i think!

No problem for me, there are many other servers they have Admins who do their job much better like this old man...
i have play rounds before there and see, if you dont do with the hardware what the admins say you get kicked and they take the hardware like "Cobra" then.
only kills are important , if you loose the game is not bad, play like vanilla servers...boom, boom, peng

I only wanted with my post , to warn other people playing there and hope they can think about better administration !! and not banning without warnings !! thats poor .

The Server Rules scroll in game, they are your First and only warning unless the admin is generous and decides to warn you.

There is a principle in Law that states that: "lack of knowledge does not justify the breaking of the law".

Why should an admin waste time warning a player that is clearly ignoring the rules ? If the player does not take time to read and understand the rules when they are clearly there for him to see them, then it is just a wasted of time.

I suggest that if you dont like the rules in a a given server find a different one to play in.


BTW if there was a SQUAD bug then the server was about to be restarted, so what matters anyway ?
And the Squad bug is usually created by people who choose to ignore the 1:30 rule... so there you are; rules are there for a reason.

You contradict yourself. You broke the rules because you didnt wanna lose the game !!! You were NOT in a proper squad when you took the HUEY. That is asset theft according to our rules, which i doubt you have read !!!

Good for you that you play on good administrated servers. It is nice of you to warn other people against playing on our server (who has been top 30 for a long time). You'll get over it, and so will we.

I havent played here. But one thing I see players complain about again and again is this:
They complain that they ask for the admin to unlock the sqd several times, and get no reponse. No unlocking no chat, no nothing.
As soon as they take the asset, the admin does an instant ban.

If the admin sees that they take the asset, why do they not respond to the constant questions, in regards to opening the sqd?

The said asset is usually Transport Huey; no map needs 32 Huey Pilots, in Muttrah there is only 4 Hueys, at the most 2 are compulsory to be in the air when a server is full, 3 tops if there are mortars that need constant feeding of crates.

If you have played in the server you have taken rides in HUEYs and can attest that MAD flying skills are needed to be a pilot.

Especially when the docks are taken and there are all kinds of enemy Armor, AA and Anti tank.

In any case the assets belong to the Squad that claimed them, admin owned or Pub owned it is up to the SL to decide if he wants more or less of his asset to be operative and the role of the admins is to support this because IT IS A RULE.

The admins or the SQUAD leaders are not in the game to moderate the chat, If are piloting you cannot stop mid air to tell someone "No i dont need you in my SQ", PR is not a IRC chat room, if you want an answer use the communication tools provided by the Clan, or PR itself, there is the ventrilo, there is mumble... there is nothing more useless than people in assets without Voice comms to start with.

Move on, you have given your feedback, we have given our reply, if you want to report an admin, discuss the server rules or the advantages of flying joystick or mouse do it in the clan forums.

If you don't like the rules find a server which has rules that fit your liking, rent your server, or play in an empty server.

Rules are there to be enforced, admins are there to enforce them. (But admins are there also to enjoy the game, relax and play which is much more easy if they dont need to constantly police players that break / bend the rules).

I have checked the server logs and Metal you were warned before you got banned our rules do scroll on the server and you are a regular on our server so you should know our rules by now your ban was also not set to perm it is for a week fyi, if you have a problem with any admins in our server post it on our forums or sent me a PM through our website and i will look into it.

A while back a locked 4 man squad with hog tags was operating 2 mtlbs under the squadname (armor.)


Me and my friend requested to join, no reply. We requested again, no reply. We requested to make our own squad, no reply.

So we decided to take one BTR80. After driving probably 50m, an admin joins my (locked) squad and screams (yes screams) in broken English that I am being banned for asset steeling unless I bring it back to main.

I say I meant no harm and will return it ASAP. However I was kicked and while my squadmate attempted to drive it back by himself, he was kicked for "one manning"

We found this absolutely insane and haven't played the server since. I do hope things change and unfortunately I don't recall names.

So yes you broke a RULE and Stole an ASSET.

The Admin that joined your locked SQ must be a Foreigner Magician.

All the admins in the server Speak English.

Also, I acknowledged I broke the rules after being told. I feel that situation was handled poorly and alot of frustration could have been avoided with better communication

Desmo, definitively something went wrong with your registration. Could you try again with a different mail address... Maybe that does the trick I use a yahoo address for forums and stuff and lately i am not getting registrations neither... changing the mail address to something else does the trick.

You GUID IP and TAGs are linked to PunkBuster Bans.

The clan wont hear appeals in such cases.
