[.956] Su-30 bombs detonate upon launch

Description:
When you drop an Su-30 bomb in manual guided mode (possibly for laze tracking mode as well), it will frequently (if not always), instantly collide with the aircraft and detonate, destroying the plane and potentially harming friendlies nearby, regardless of flight posture.

To reproduce:
-Fly the Su-30 with a gunner. Attempt to use both bomb modes from various angles of attack.

Tested on: Battle for Qin Ling, all layers with the plane.

Potential problems:
-Fuse is not likely the issue, as the bomb collides with the plane.
-Bombs may be dropping from the front of the plane rather than below it. If they are materially slower than the plane this would result in an instant collision.
