Actually if you have a half decent organized INS team, its nearly impossible to for Blufor to achieve victory (not counting Karbal or Archer due to their bugged cache spawns and asset balance). The thing which might cause your opinion is that organized INS team are very rare as too many players see Insurgents as some "lay back and do what ever you want" faction.
