[0966] Panther CLV smoke reload

Description:
Upon zooming in with the Panther's CROWS and deploying smoke, the zoom cannot be altered (increased/decreased) until the smoke is reloaded, which takes a long time.

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter gunner position in Panther CLV, zoom in and deploy smoke.

It's the same for Namer btw.

Yeah, happens with Namer aswell.

Try reload your main gun, worked for me. Could be just that the smoke reloaded at the same time.

Nope, without firing a round, pop smoke and now you can't zoom in (or out if you were zoomed in in the first place which is when this causes most frustration) until the smoke reloads. Don't know if reloading the gun releases the zoom instead of having to wait for the smoke.

thanks for reporting, the issue is already fixed for the Panther CLV but also for the Namer and Stryker.
