MeRk Retro Map-pack uninstaller

Seems Pr 0.966 dosent like our old Retro map pack and the MD5 checks are causing people to get kicked.

Here is the uninstaller which will remove it from your files and will fix the kick problem.

Just so you know, the problem is with sunset_city, that is a valid PR map in the PRSP map pack, and we added the MD5s for that. The Merk pack also adds their own version of sunset_city and that was causing conflicts since the MD5s don't match.

When editing old PR maps for your packs, just rename them so this doesn't happen in the future.

A quick fix is to just delete sunset_city, not sure if there are any other map conflicts.
