[0966] Medic can't heal themselves!

Description: In Kokan the medic can't heal themselves.

Steps to Reproduce: If you are a medic bleeding out, and you try to heal yourself while standing. You won't be able to, and have to relay on your Field Dressings.

Video Settings (if needed):
Game settings all on max, but not he AA its set at 4xAA not 8xAA
