[0966] Merkava HEAT Firing Sound Repeats

Description:
If you hold down the fire button while using the HEATMPT in the IDF Merkava tank, the firing sound will continuously repeat until you stop holding it down. This was also tested with the AP round, and it does not occur with that. Just the HEAT. Extremely unimportant but still a bug.

Tested on:
Iron Eagle AAS. Tactical Gamer server.

Also Local COOP on Beirut.
(Maps are irrelevant...)

thanks for reportnig the bug, a possible fix is being worked on.
