[0966] Op. Barracuda - bugged PLA CP

Description:
Once you enter PLA command post you are unable to exit. You just get the sound
like if there were no free space to exit vehicle.

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter chinese command post and try to exit.

Tested On:
Operation Barracuda STD and INF, F|H server and local server.
