[0966] UAV laze doesn't work

Description:
Could not laze with UAV.
I tried on thermals and day view, zoomed in and out, and pressed pretty much every button on my keyboard and mouse yet i never saw a laze and neither did the kiowa squad.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go commander, deploy UAV and laze.


Tested On:
Kokan INS-64, TacticalGamer.com PR v0.0966b

Video Settings:
Everything on high, Nvidia 250GTS with official 275.33 driver.

I was able to get the UAV to lase on muttrah just today when first being in thermal view and then hitting "3". After waiting like 10-15 seconds, i was finally able to place a lase.

Lasing works fine, it only works on #2 thermal vision, it has a delay while the lase marker "flies" to the position, and sometimes you might not see it or it doesn't stick, but that's a known issue and we can't do much about that.

This is what happened. Lazing works fine, i tried it on some maps on various servers since my OP. If you laze but can't see the box switch to day view and back to thermals, the box should appear now.
