[0966] Iron eagle - respawn bug

Description: can't respawn at main base after about 30 mins and deployables are out of bounds,those problem happened in both IDF and MEC.

Steps to Reproduce:main base respawn point become red after about 30 mins and when get in the deployable "out of bounds"happens.

Tested On:Iron eagle GPM-CP 64(with jets),MEC and IDF outpost
